  absolutely terrible agents- KIM KIRYAKOS and her son JOSPEH K. Kim did our mortgage and referred us to her son to help us find a house. Her son Only took us to 4 homes, all which MY FAMILY had found on Zillow and sent to him. The houses he sent to us were not ever in our interest. He wasn't enthusiastic.. just very boring and not trying hard enough. My family decided to get a new agent. We had never signed any papers with Joe or his Mother. Kim would still get paid after we buy a house since she did our mortgage, we just wanted a different agent... don't see the problem in that! Anyway we asked her to send us the approval letter because we don't know if we actually got approved or if she's lying! She refused to send it to us because we wouldn't keep her son as our agent. She verbally said she would rip up the papers.Very unprofessional and this lady is just trying to help her son make money and not thinking of the clients! Her son then sent a text message assaulting us and that we are a "disgrace to the community". We have a right to find a different agent and they were making it seem like we did them wrong. Very unprofessional. DO NOT waste your time with these people...

  Very unprofessional service. Realtor Joseph Kiryakos was very lazy in providing homes to show. I had to look up homes that were available for sale and send them to him just to get a viewing and most of the time he would get back too late to the point where the homes were already sold. Also, this Relator would get very mad if you were talking to other realtors. Most importantly, he will verbally accuse you of being a disgrace to your ethnicity if you decide to look for another realtor who will actually help you find a place to call home. If you are looking for a rude, incompassionate, and money hungry realtor, go for Joseph Kiryakos!
